Northern Beaches Business Park

The Nothern Beaches Business Park project is a $46m redevelopment, and encompasses 37,000sqm -- one of the largest in the northern beaches. The project features 11 warehouse units across two buildings, and a suite of recreational activities including a learn-to-swim school, bounce trampoline park and indoor golf facility. Led by Richard Crookes Construction, PTC were engaged to design and construct post-tensioning. PTC's exceptional internal design team ensured a smooth process from design to construction completion.
