Arncliffe Central is a multi-level mixed-use development that combines modern residential apartments with ground-floor retail spaces and shared community amenities. PTC was engaged to deliver the full supply and installation of post-tensioning systems for the project. Our scope included the preparation of detailed PT shop drawings, installation of tendons to all suspended slabs, podium levels, and transfer zones, followed by stressing, grouting, and comprehensive QA documentation. PTC’s expertise ensured precision, efficiency, and quality across every stage of delivery.
