PTC was engaged to deliver the supply and installation of post-tensioned slab systems for this multi-storey residential development. The scope encompassed detailed shop drawing preparation, stressing and grouting operations, and close coordination with the builder to achieve efficient and high-quality post-tensioned floorplates across all apartment levels and podium areas. PTC’s involvement ensured structural precision, durability, and seamless project integration from design through to completion.
